2. Project Overview
The Bosnia and Herzegovina Vc Corridor Expressway OP Section Project has a main line total length of 11.985 km, constructing a new dual four-lane highway. The main project works include 3 bridges with a single-lane length of 2301.8m, 2 tunnels with a single-lane total length of 2844.56m, as well as other ancillary works such as roadbed, pavement, electromechanical and traffic safety facilities. The project technical standards comply with Bosnian and European standards. The construction period is 24 months.

5. Bidder Qualification Requirements
5.1 Business Scope Requirements: Must be legally registered within Bosnia and Herzegovina, possess independent legal person status, be a distributor with experience in producing or supplying the inquired equipment, and possess legal and valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, organization code certificates, etc.
5.2 Financial Capability Requirements: The bidder must have a sound financial status.
5.3 Performance Credit Requirements: The supplier should have a good social reputation, no litigation or arbitration arising from illegal activities in the past 3 years, property not under receivership or frozen, and the enterprise must not be in a state of being prohibited or disqualified from bidding.
5.4 Bidders who are included in the control list or blacklist of the purchaser's superior unit or peer unit within the JiaoRongZhiLian (交融智链) system will be treated as disqualified.
6. Inquiry Announcement and Obtaining Inquiry Documents
6.1 This inquiry announcement is published on the overseas version of the JiaoRongZhiLian (交融智链) system from: <u>15:00 PM, September 18, 2025, to 15:00 PM, September 21, 2025 (3 days)</u>. Suppliers are requested to pay timely attention and participate.
6.2 Obtaining Inquiry Documents: Please participate and download the electronic version of the inquiry documents through the overseas version of the JiaoRongZhiLian (交融智链) system at https://ebs.iccec.cn/ between <u>15:00 PM, September 18, 2025, and 15:00 PM, September 21, 2025 (3 days)</u>.
7. Submission of Quotation Documents
7.1 The quotation documents must be submitted between: <u>15:00 PM, September 18, 2025, and 15:00 PM, September 21, 2025 (3 days)</u>. The submission website is https://ebs.iccec.cn/. Quotation documents submitted online must be in PDF format. All key materials such as qualifications in the documents must be color scans (with official company seal).
7.2 Bidders must register, participate, download inquiry documents, and submit quotations through the announced portal (overseas version of the JiaoRongZhiLian system). Original paper quotation documents do not need to be mailed. The results of this procurement will be based on the online quotation.
